Agnes Cho

Senior Research Associate

Agnes joined Learning for Action in 2018, and is passionate about applying her research experience to strengthen the impact and sustainability of social justice organizations. As a Senior Research Associate, Agnes supports LFA’s consulting teams by collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, creating content and visualizations for client deliverables, and providing administrative support for her project teams.

Prior to joining the LFA team, Agnes worked as a researcher for a nonprofit consultancy in the Bay Area and for a global impact investing firm in Nicaragua. Her experience includes conducting research, due diligence, and strategy consulting for high-impact organizations in the global health, financial inclusion, energy access, education, and philanthropic sectors.

Agnes is from Los Angeles and spends her free time cooking, bouldering, and exploring the sunniest neighborhoods of the Bay Area. She speaks fluent Spanish and Korean.
