As an Associate Consultant, Ellyn is responsible for collecting, managing, and analyzing data, conducting literature reviews, developing research protocols, and designing client deliverables. Ellyn brings with her a background in education, policy and advocacy, and is passionate about using her experience to support the work of social justice organizations and partner with communities to define and advance their vision for success.
Prior to joining LFA, Ellyn worked in the education, legal, and philanthropic sectors. She has experience and continued interest in early childhood development, K-12 and special education, adult education and workforce development, immigration, and juvenile justice.
Ellyn is from the Bay Area and spends her time drinking coffee, baking, dancing, making lists, and gathering with friends and family.
