As an Associate Consultant, Moriah provides versatile and robust support to projects at LFA, both staffed and in an ad-hoc fashion. She is a creative problem-solver and active learner who approaches tasks with fervor and a focus on efficiency and quality.
Prior to joining LFA, Moriah spent two years working in programs and operations at a youth-centered, food justice nonprofit in Santa Cruz, California. Coming from a human rights background with a racial justice lens, Moriah is especially invested in supporting the empowerment and inherent resiliency of communities negatively impacted by white supremacy and systems of oppression.
In her free time, Moriah enjoys cooking, eating pizza, exploring new places, ideas, and things, and (most importantly) spending time with her partner and their adorable dogs, Joker and Queenie.
