Beatriz has grown global teams, repeatedly delivered scalable, inclusive people strategy, improved BIPOC retention and recruitment rates, and ensured diversity numbers are mirrored at every leadership level. She builds vibrant and inclusive teams that are hard to leave--as proven by employee tenure. They offer data-based, consistently reasoned, and equitable workplace solutions to a modern team’s complex challenges as a People Operations & DEIB expert with over a dozen years of experience strategizing, creating, and iterating on inclusive systems to deliver an engaging, empowered, and authentic employee experience.

Beatriz has built vibrant workplace communities in advertising, marketing, and startup-land.  They thrive on supporting teams that are tirelessly curious, intentionally reasonable, and have a deep desire to understand the problem they are solving for. She’s at ease strategizing while rolling up their sleeves to coach, implement, or collaborate while leveraging opportunities to instill ownership and accountability at every level. They’re an avid problem-solver, facilitator, teacher, and researcher.

Beatriz is passionate about creating systemic mutual accountability to deliver organizational change. Her calm, direct, and warm approach to inclusive People Ops rests on a foundation of teaching, advocacy, and facilitation in the Non-Profit Domestic Violence Focused Family Law space.
