Hana Nguyen is an executive with a diverse background in Finance and Operations. She brings extensive expertise in accounting, finance, and human resources from the corporate, non-profit, and public sectors. She has a progressive leadership style and a strong track record of successfully managing and excelling in fast-paced and innovative environments. She is a compassionate and strategic leader, driven to learn, inspire, and collaborate with others while being an ally in building a supportive and inclusive workplace culture. She is focused on significance and her analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities; combined with a proven ability to design and implement scalable processes, make her a well-rounded leader. She provides strategic direction to executive teams and partners. As a thoughtful, intentional leader, she brings success to the organization and enjoys mentoring and leading teams. Her goal at LFA is to connect with those who have the gumption to believe that their resourceful thought leadership can champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, and help change and shape the world.

In her free time, she enjoys theater, dancing, sports, travel, and design, and she is passionate about solving puzzles and likes to challenge herself with escape rooms. She practices daily meditation to achieve lightness, insight, and personal growth. Her four-generation family and my pet Shiba Inu are most important to her, and she strives to maintain a balance between work and life in the beautiful city of Seattle.
