Jill joined LFA in 2014 with over 20 years of experience working in an administrative support capacity, primarily with social sector organizations. She provides executive administrative support to company leadership; manages the operational areas of technology, knowledge management, and marketing + communications; and supports the operations areas of people/HR, finance, and virtual office management.

She loves using her administrative superpowers to support LFA’s mission to partner with social sector organizations to strengthen their learning culture and practice in service of equity and justice. Jill’s background includes work in affordable housing, inmate literacy, anti-racism, environmental education, and disability rights.

Jill lives in the woods in the Sierra foothills with her partner and Shredder, their silly sweet cross-eyed cat. Her hobbies include maintaining her long winning streak at Words with Friends, meditating, reading Tarot, and communing with the deer, ravens, and other wildlife that frequent the property around her home.
