Keerti brings the lens of a researcher, facilitator, and community advocate to her work as a learning and evaluation partner to foundations and nonprofits. She believes in a future that is joyous, abundant, and liberatory and always strives to use her skills towards this vision. Keerti holds expertise in public health and health care systems policy – including nuanced understanding of the policies, systems, and culture that impact health and collective wellbeing. Keerti brings deep understanding and experience with evaluation frameworks, mixed-methods research, and excels at designing collaborative processes to yield deeply insightful and impactful findings. With over a decade of experience, she understands deeply the challenges and opportunities facing communities, nonprofits, and philanthropy.

Keerti joined LFA in 2019. Prior to joining LFA, Keerti ran a statewide health equity coalition focused on building an empowered movement for health equity. She led countless community listening sessions, supported community members to meet directly with their representatives, and advocated for crucial policies such as expanding Medicaid access and improving mental and oral health care. Prior to this, Keerti conducted policy analysis and research for state Medicaid agencies with the National Academy for State Health Policy in Washington D.C. and supported efforts to better integrate mental health and primary care for youth with the TeenScreen National Center for Mental Health Checkups. Keerti lives in Boston, MA where she enjoys biking around to new playgrounds (with her kids) and sewing her own clothes.
