As a Consultant, Minh partners with nonprofit, philanthropic and public institutions on evaluation, learning and strategy engagements to advance mission-driven excellence. Her work entails team project management, research, data collection and analysis and capacity-building support. Minh provides experience in strategic planning and change management, with a particular focus on grassroots and advocacy networks. She is passionate about collaborating with collective impact organizations to advance initiatives in the name of racial equity and justice.

Minh’s background is in community organizing, corporate social responsibility, leadership development and storytelling. Prior to joining Learning for Action in 2022, she was a nonprofit consultant with a Central Texas-based intermediary to provide strategic planning, board development, succession planning, equity and inclusion, and culture change services to nonprofits and social sector collaboratives.

In her free time, Minh enjoys rock climbing, hiking, cooking and reading.
