READ Global partners with communities to establish community library and resource centers in rural villages in Nepal, India, and Bhutan, providing villagers with access to books, newspapers, publications, and information technology that they could not otherwise access. To understand the impact of READ Centers in these communities, READ worked with LFA to develop a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) framework, and then field test the evaluation in select READ Centers in all three countries—five Centers in Nepal, four in India, and two in Bhutan.
